Imprima de Bussy
Established over 100 years ago, Imprima de Bussy is a company with a large global presence working in the financial printing industry.
We were initially asked to produce an appraisal of their existing site in order to give their in-house team some pointers as to how it could be improved but, following the results of that appraisal, we were then asked to re-design the company's site from scratch handing it back to the IDB in-house team on completion.

Dynamic menus
When a website is made up of many pages and has a menu structure that needs multiple layers, it would be a real chore to have to update the menu on all of the pages each time a new page or section is added.
We have developed a system that allows us to create just one menu file that can be used site-wide and the menu on the Imprima de Bussy site is an example of this. Any additions or changes to the site entail just this one menu file to be altered rather than having to worry about changing it on multiple pages with the risk that a page could be missed or an error might creep in on one of the pages.
Using conditional coding, the system can work out what page it is on and then highlight the required menu item appropriately and show the required drop-down menu that is needed for that page.
