Optimum Facilities Limited provides a wide range of cleaning and building maintenance services covering London, South-East England and the whole of the UK
Novamedia built a site which showcases their full range of cleaning services and allows Optimum Facilities staff to manually add past projects, testimonials and videos via a custom-built admin module.
Using ColdFusion, the homepage draws on this content, randomly showing particular testimonials.
The homepage of the website is also enhanced by an animated flash header which displays key words describing Optimum Facilities' business.

Customised content management
The Optimum Facilities website has several sections which are controlled by staff at the company. These include the testimonials page, the projects page and the videos page.
The testimonials page simply contains several testimonials which staff can add via an admin module. The projects page is more complex, allowing staff to add information on the projects, the date they were constructed, as well as being able to upload images of the projects in question. The video page utilises a system built by Novamedia which allows an adminstrator to upload a video onto YouTube and embed this video into the Optimum Facilities website via the admin module.
The level of control we are able to give customers over the content on their website using bespoke admin modules is much greater than if we implemented off-the-shelf content management systems.
