RR Donnelley events
RR Donnelley is a Fortune 500 company based in Chicago, Illinois, that provides print and related services. We work for the Global Capital Markets Division based in New York.
We were tasked with setting up an event management system that allows delegates to register for an event online. RR Donnelley runs various events throughout the year across the US as well as in Canada and the UK.
There is also an admin module where authorised staff from RR Donnelley can log in and download the registrants for each event in Excel format for use offline.

Email marketing campaigns
Another service we offer to RR Donnelley as part of their events programme is the implementation of email campaigns. We run various campaigns for each event including the initial invitations, as well as follow up invitations and emails after the event directing delegates to the presentation materials online.
All campaigns are followed up with a report which shows the client the results including who has opened the email, which links they have clicked on and which emails bounced.
