One area we specialise in is the production of online applications. These can take many forms but they usually entail putting a process online that might previously have been carried out offline. The portfolio items below give a good idea of our spread of this sort of application.
The most important issue when producing a web application is usability. It is very often the case that the way that an offline process works is not necessarily the way that it will work most effectively online and we will use our experience to ensure that an application is optimised for usability to ensure that even the most technophobic of users will feel comfortable when using the application.
Currently in production. Traditionally, building contracts have been filled out on paper. We were asked to convert two major contracts to an online solution. The online contracts will be available on CIP’s existing online shop page and their customers will then be able to log in to the new system to fill out the contracts.
Novamedia was asked to create a bespoke event registration system for this US-based organisation. The WILEF Event Registration system allows delegates to register for events they wish to attend, and allows WILEF to add and modify events, as well as manage the registrants.
The Probation Bulletin remains the chief vehicle for professional recruitment within the Probation Service and carries details of virtually all available job vacancies in the field. Novamedia created this website to replace a system which involved uploading large pdfs of job advertisements. The new site allows advertisers to submit adverts online whilst a back-end admin module allows staff to quickly approve and modify them.
Produced for New York client the Publicis Medical Education Group, this application allows them to build websites for pitching to their clients. A simple content interface was built that allows users to add content and style it within certain limitations. We also built an image and file management system so that these assets can be easily added to websites as they are being built.
