Email marketing
Permission-based email marketing campaigns
We carry out permission-based email marketing campaigns for several of our clients helping them to keep in touch with their subscriber base for various purposes such as
- Invitations to events
- Sending out monthly e-bulletins
- Prize draws / competitions
The emails are custom-designed to your requirements and then sent out to your mailing list.
Tracking
But it doesn't end there. The system we use tracks the emails so that you can get back vital information that will help to increase the effectiveness of your company's marketing. We will then supply you with a full report on the campaign. This is sent back as an Excel file. The tracking includes the following:
- Which emails have been successfully received and which have bounced.
- Which recipients have opened the email.
- Which links in the email each of the recipients has clicked on.
- Who has asked to be unsubscribed from your list.
If required, we can also automatically send a second email to a recipient if they click on a link in the email.
Keeping it legal
We will ensure that we comply with privacy and data protection law at all times and will ask you to do the same. We can manage your lists for you and will only send emails to those people who have subscribed to the list.
